Reetoxa has just released his new single, The Lisa Song, which traces the real-life spark that pushed Jason McKee toward finally pursuing music seriously. Inspired by a chance meeting with a woman named Lisa during a Spiderbait concert at Melbourne’s Forum Theatre, the track captures obsession, missed connections, and creative awakening.

That moment eventually led Jason to abandon university plans, team up with producer Simon Moro, and launch the long-delayed project Soliloquy. Built across decades and reshaped during lockdown, the ambitious double album blends personal storytelling with orchestral flourishes and raw emotion. Backed by a strong Melbourne lineup, Reetoxa deliver a dramatic, deeply reflective release aimed at listeners who still value immersive full-album experiences.
