James Bellew has just released his new single, Midnight Fire, which marks a turning point for the Irish musician, and is a track that was shaped by a recent journey through Bosnia and Herzegovina. Drawing on vintage dance and trance fragments from his late 90s archives, he blends nostalgic electronics with choral instincts rooted in childhood church singing. Recorded between his Drogheda home studio and Spain’s Costa del Sol, the track fuses past and present into a warm, rhythm-driven reflection of travel, memory, and creative renewal.
