The Disruptors' latest single and video, King of the Push-Away

Boston-based indie-alt band The Disruptors have recently released their latest single, King of the Push-Away, accompanied by a visually striking animated music video.

Known for their fusion of alt-rock and indie-pop, the band, led by songwriter Kenny Weill, weaves emotive lyrics with dynamic soundscapes.

This new track is no exception, featuring driving guitars, a catchy drumbeat, and an infectious chorus. The song explores the emotional struggles of a man unable to commit, living in a cycle of isolation.

The animated video, created by 19th and 7th, amplifies the song’s depth, blending modern rock with nostalgic post-punk visuals to create a compelling, immersive experience that perfectly complements the track’s themes of emotional distance and missed connections.
