Brian Noyes unveils new single, Tapestries
Brian Noyes, a talented singer-songwriter from Seattle, has unveiled his latest single, Tapestries, the lead track from his forthcoming album.
Drawing inspiration from the works of Bert Jansch and Nick Drake, Brian crafted this piece using the BEBEBE guitar tuning, influenced by Jansch's albums like Birthday Blues and Rosemary Lane. While the song retains its folk roots, it evolves into a lively psych pop sound, enhanced by mellotron and electric 12-string elements.
Collaborating with producer Jason Quever in Los Angeles and working alongside Andy Meyer and Nicholas Wilbur at The Unknown in Anacortes, Brian Noyes has created a rich sonic landscape.
His second album, Seelie Court, is set for release on March 7, 2025, featuring ten new tracks and contributions from members of notable bands like Alvvays and Radiation City, promising an exciting continuation of his musical journey. Check out Tapestries below.
