Tokyo-based composer Kenichi Tamura has just relesed his new single, Himlen styr allt, which is a striking track shaped by progressive rock traditions and flamenco flair. Built around an unusual 11/8 groove inspired by Swedish band Kaipa, the track feels restless yet purposeful. Kenichi handles every element himself, weaving intricate guitar work with rhythmic claps. The piece confronts climate realities, urging awareness through layered instrumentation and shifting dynamics. Entirely self-produced, it highlights his technical skill while delivering a thoughtful environmental message with cinematic depth and emotional urgency and bold artistic vision.
