For You Brother has just released his new album, Don’t You Want Me, which is a refreshed take on a back catalog. The Aiken, South Carolina artist revisits songs written across 25 years, re-recording them with a contemporary edge while keeping their rock core intact. Tracked at his home setup, guitars are laid to a click before layers of instruments and vocals build the arrangements, with mixing and mastering handled by outside engineers.

The release follows a revived Generation Reservation project and continues an ambitious overhaul of more than 150 tracks. Highlights include the title track Don’t You Want Me and Lady, both showcasing punchy hooks and renewed energy. Live dates with the Jimi Bennett Band are planned for this summer.
