Ker has just released his new single, Time Traveler, which serves as the latest preview of his forthcoming album Converging Paths. Drawing inspiration from the spirit of mid-1960s to 1970s songwriting, the track blends reflective storytelling with warm melodic instrumentation.
Born in Edinburgh and later based in London, Ker’s musical path truly began in 2014 after a chance visit to a guitar shop in Kalispell, Montana sparked serious study and collaboration with local players. Those experiences helped transform his poetry into songs. Time Traveler contrasts youthful uncertainty with the clarity that comes from hindsight, using the metaphor of physical journeys to explore how luck, choices and passing moments quietly shape identity over time, offering a gentle escape.
