After years in touring bands across Britain and Europe, Louie Cameron has stepped forward alone with debut single Do You Wanna Go Out?. With it the London and Hamburg based songwriter previews a forthcoming five track EP, to be released in April, in which he is blending late sixties New York pop hooks with shadowy German atmospheres and hushed psychedelic textures, which signals a confident new chapter ahead.

Helmed by producer Pat Dam Smyth, the recordings evolve from rough phone sketches into cinematic statements, with Callum Merrett of Bad Sounds driving the drums and Brett Shaw mastering to tape. Louie will be premiering the EP at Third Man Records inside The Blue Basement on April 28, promising limited vinyl and an immersive full band performance.
