Gregg Kofi Brown unveils new single, The River (Remix)

Gregg Kofi Brown has just returned with a vibrant new single, The River (Remix), which is an Afro-swing collaboration co-written with Ed Sheeran. Mixed by veteran producer Chris Kimsey, the track blends buoyant rhythms with a spiritual undercurrent, inviting listeners to gather metaphorically by the water for renewal.

Gregg, who is renowned for work with Osibisa, Billy Cobham and Stanley Jordan, delivers a stirring vocal that carries both urgency and hope. The song arrives during COP 30 which is happening in Belem, Brazil, on the Amazon river, where he will share the stage with Fartura Flame and Akin Soul, and will have a video which will be filmed there. With its celebratory groove and eco-conscious message, The River feels timely and uplifting and deeply spiritually resonant overall.
