FellowFeel has just released his second album, Shadows and Lies, which is a record that leans deeper into unease and atmosphere. The record fuses shadowy electronics, slow-burn rhythms, and cinematic string tension, evoking noir films and psychological thrillers. Inspired by Plato’s cave, the songs toy with illusion, suggesting realities built from echoes and reflections.

Analogue synths, ghostly voices, and uneasy orchestration drift in layered motion, intimate yet widescreen. This project is the latest guise of seasoned musician and producer Rob Fairweather, whose background spans jazz stages and collaborative studio work. Recorded across a year, the album feels purposeful, immersive, and strangely visual, like a soundtrack searching for its film.
