Red Tree Religion have just released their new single, Libertad (Revolution Has Not Failed), which is a stripped-back track powered only by bass, drums and voice. Leaning into their funk-rock roots, the track balances groove with tension, weaving Spanish spoken passages that recall protest poetry and Latin American political fire.

Rather than exploding, the song simmers, living in the moment before change breaks through. Greg Agyralides handles bass and vocals, joined by Elissavet Karamichail’s spoken delivery and Clive H. Jones’ drumming. Crisp engineering and mastering keep the focus sharp. As their first standalone single, Libertad (Revolution Has Not Failed) feels deliberate, rhythmic, and quietly defiant from Piraeus origins to a bold, distilled statement now.
