Berlin-based one-man project Ungoliath has recently released his album, Shadows Of The Eclipse, which expands the vision Bane (the artists behind the project) has shaped since 2002. Anchored in the icy spirit of 90s black metal, the album balances raw aggression with enveloping atmosphere. Echoes of his early EP era remain, yet the songwriting feels broader and more confident.

Guitars carve mournful themes while symphonic shades and choral textures deepen the gloom. Lyrically, cosmic collapse and inner conflict intertwine, giving the record emotional weight. Shadows Of The Eclipse confirms Ungoliath’s ability to craft vast, immersive worlds through solitary creation alone. It stands as a powerful statement within the contemporary underground.
