Montreal’s Walking Illusion have recently released their new single, Crazy, which is an indie pop track that balances intimacy and immediacy. Anchored by a pulsing bass and a memorable mixed-gender chorus, the song nods to late-century pop while sounding firmly current.

Audrey Bouchard’s expressive vocal adds warmth as the track circles themes of illogical desire and emotional push and pull, choosing feeling over logic. Led by songwriter and engineer Alain Boivin, the project continues its refined, cinematic approach following past chart success and film work. Crazy opens the door to an upcoming four-track release, hinting at a thoughtful pop journey ahead that embraces nostalgia, modern craft, and sincere emotional storytelling.
