The K.I.J Experience has just released his new single, with Best Friend, which plays with the idea of perfect pairings, whether that’s flavors, food, moments, or people who simply fit. Written and produced entirely by the Wales-based artist, the track leans into a vibrant late-60s acid and garage rock spirit, driven by swirling organ lines, sharp guitar work, and cinematic string touches.
Although it’s a solo creation, the production cleverly suggests a full band locked in together. As his most ambitious release so far, Best Friend captures a sense of growth, confidence, and connection, inviting listeners to lose themselves in its colorful, nostalgic energy, and lasting impact.
