The Jacob Ifans Band unveil new single, She Is The Flowers

The Jacob Ifans Band have returned with their evocative second single, She Is The Flowers, which is a tender follow-up to their debut Sun Don’t Shine.

Rooted in folk and country, the track explores the ache of memories, lost love, and the inevitability of time. Formed in Cornwall and shaped by influences from Wales, Scotland, and London, the trio, comprising Jacob Ifans, Cassius Nymh, and Maddy Constable, bring a haunting intimacy to their sound.

The track’s delicate instrumentation and emotive vocals reflect the band’s lyrical focus on personal histories, shifting seasons, and familial ties. Now signed to Brooklyn’s 22Twenty label, their upcoming album Eve’s Garden, recorded on the Greek island Hydra, promises more poignant storytelling.
